About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Experience the vast terrains of this terrestrial planet.
Ultimately though, to find the cutest, most beautiful, waterfall river stream laden sandy quaint ocean beach town in the world so i can retire today (debt not withstanding #college).

PHILOSOPHY

Now and then we had a hope that if we lived and were good, God would permit us to be pirates. -Adopted from Mark Twain's Life on the Mississippi

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

quarter-life crisis, time to explore again!

Interests

i love exploring whatever a place has to offer, be it nature walks, water adventures, unique food experiences, or just amazingly chill hangout spots. one of the first things i do when i travel is see if there's a soccer meet-up and a long park or trail i can longboard/bike/jog/walk down.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC
check out what's local!
love the indie musician genre with its vastness and earnestness - especially like to tune into whatever the local, independent radio station is playing in your area.

MOVIES
whatever blockbuster or indie flick is playing! local film festivals!

BOOKS
Shantaram, and other supposedly non-fiction adventure books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i once convinced my friend to eat 50 eggs (unfortunately he later backed out, so maybe not an amazing thing i’ve done...)

Teach, Learn, Share

i can teach you the basics of longboarding (because that's all i know), the basics of soccer (because i only know a little more than that), and conversational spanish. i'd like to be able to learn how to get up on a wave, learn how to become a contributing member of society for the greater good (aka how to get off my lazy ass), or just how to chill super hard - so if you can teach me, cool. i love sharing stories, from ecuador, to minnesota, to a small town of 150 people outside of the desert in nevada where burning man happens, or to atlanta where i am now, i've enjoyed exploring life and hearing from others about their's.

What I Can Share with Hosts

i am a super responsible guest. i used to manage an airbnb apartment for my landlord (booking, complaints, cleaning) and boy oh boy have i dealt with it all (the things people will do to a home when they have earned the right since they 'paid for it'). i super appreciate people who welcome me in for the night and hopefully experience with me the city/town during the day! my best meal is breakfast (cause it's easiest ha), i'm down to bring the groceries and cook it up. need your bathroom cleaned? i gotchu.
