I'm a 26 year old girl from rural England, lived in London for the last 7 years. Now travelling, and researching sustainable and traditional textiles and clothing.

I've been working in graphic design, art teaching, nannying and retail for 5 years. Quit my jobs, now me and my boyfriend are travelling for 6 months.... hence my research trip 😀
I lived in Adelaide for I months back in 2009 and loved visiting the Outback and camping. Really up for stuff like this and exploring the countryside.

As I mentioned I am travelling with my boyfriend, who is a surfer, drummer and has been a graphic designer too but he's looking for a career move. He's 27 and from Jersey in the Channel Islands.
He's chilled out, gentle, generally nice to be around... of course I would say that but everyone seems to like him!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Really want to meet locals and just experience more local, 'authentic' views on town, cities, villages etc.
Get a bit tired of party hostels on backpackers routes and really want to chill and meet nice people.
Also want to save a bit of money so I can invest in workshops and training programmes around my interest area of sustainable textiles.

I like music (mainly punk rock, folk, country rock, but mainly punk rock!),

I can teach you about sustainable clothing, making your own clothes, art therapy, digital media marketing, and printmaking (screen printing, woodcut, linocut etc)

Dom, my boyfriend, can teach and share graphics and music knowledge, and surfing too!
