ABOUT ME

I like to think I'm pretty grown up for being 25. That being said, I still feel like a kid inside. I have a child like fascination with the simple beauty in life and the inner workings of most things.
I was fortunate enough to travel quite a bit as a kid and even live overseas for a while. Now that I am older and have a job that keeps me moving, I plan to keep that train rolling and continue to travel and experience new things as often as possible.

PHILOSOPHY

As I get older, I realize more and more that I really know nothing. How much can a human really know in the grand scheme of things? The only thing I can say I know for sure is what I have experienced, which is why I am to experience as much as possible in this lifetime.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed a handful of times in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and hosted once in Rhode Island. I would like to host more but its not always easy to fit in with my schedule. I have also attended a few meet and greets which have been a lot of fun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have had nothing but good luck! Its hard to say its luck, though; most people who participate in couchsurfing are very generous and accepting people.

I got to jump off the side of the boat I'm stationed on and swim 24 hours after a tsunami rolled through the area. Needless to say, the waves were pretty high.
