About Me

I'm the founder of an intentional music community in Orlando. Music, dance, and laughter are important parts of my spiritual practice. I'm writing a book about how dance parties can solve the loneliness crisis. I love to cook and learn new recipes. Mostly vegan.

I do freelance project management and DJ'ing for money.

What I Love:
Mountains, music, dance, play, yoga, authenticity, good books, freestyle rapping, healthy cooking, meditation, vegan food, kimchi, feminism, gardening, non-violent communication, drum circles, deep hugs, philosophical conversations, and active listening.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I met a TON of awesome couchsurfers at the weekly Copacabana meetups when I lived in Rio De Janeiro. I'm continually inspired by the wisdom and generosity of the travelers in this community.

I love Couchsurfing because it's one of the few technologies that connects us to real-world experiences. Every person I meet is a doorway to a new universe of laughter, connection, and understanding.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Founded an intentional music community with monthly parties and community events that have hosted over 15,000 people! It's called Body//Talk, and I'm writing a book about how other people can do this, too.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach me a new meditation, tai chi, salsa, to paint, how to build community, how to cook better, etc...

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will cook so much food for you! Always healthy, vegan, gluten-free, and soy free.

I can DJ for you, lead a workshop of music games, teach you dance moves, make you laugh, and more.

I can also teach you how to throw intentional music events that make money. Or how to manage a non-profit team.
