My name is Philomena. I went to the USA (2007) in august to work and live in Minnesota as an au pair (nanny) for 1 year.
I have a great family in Germany, 2 brothers and 1 sister and the best parents of the world=)
I'm a christian. That means for me: I beliefe in Jesus Christ.
I can be pretty funny and love to hang out with different people.
That's why I decided to sign up for couch surfing.
I have been traveling together with a friend for 4 weeks in California and saw lots of great places! =) right now I´m working as a nurse with kids who have cancer and leukamie. But soon I want to travel again:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I wanna tell people about my country Germany and even more I want to learn about their culture! I think couch surfing is a good program to become closer with the world and to set an example how to live in peace!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I experienced only good things with couch surfing. During 1 month in august/ september 2008 I was couchsurfing a lot in california- I met great people there- awesome!
Interests
I love to be outside. It´s fun to be @ the beach, to ride a bike, to Inline skate.
I also really like my job as a nurse.
But my passion is my faith. I´m a christian.
