CURRENT MISSION
International interaction, language learning, and friendship finding
ABOUT ME
I consider myself a classy person who is pretty easy going and easy to talk with. Most of my time is spent studying or working at my job as a hotel front desk clerk. Love talking about philosophy, literature, movies and other pieces of existence with other people over a good cup of coffee and some kuchen! Political ideology is open, but left leaning in most cases.
PHILOSOPHY
The fact that we cry when we are both sad and happy tells us that both emotions are entwined in each others arms. In a dance to which neither partner can walk away nor want to continue dancing. As regards feelings and thoughts, I have many of each.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Music, Movies, and Books
A few of my personal favorite musician artists are:
Nirvana, Nine Inch Nails, Tool, Rage Against the Machine, Frederic Chopin, Marilyn Manson, Smashing Pumpkins, Weird Al Yankovic, Ludwig Van Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, 311, Neil Young, The Beatles, and many more!
Movies: Any Monty Python, V for Vendetta, Mission Impossible, Any Mel Brooks films, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Enemy at the Gates, Star Wars, Indian Jones, The Whole Nine Yards, Austin Powers, etc.
Books: All Nietzsche books, Critique of Pure Reason, 1984, The Stranger, All Vonnegut books, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Any Walt Whitman poetry, Being and Nothingness, Being and Time, Phenomenology of Perception, Forever War, Time's Arrow, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I have seen so far is the vast majesty of Schwarzwald (Black Forest) in the southwestern part of Germany. In Freiburg, there were paths that seemed to lead in infinite and opposite directions, covered with as many trees as there was dirt. And when you climbed up to the top of the observation tower the world looked so peaceful, calm and perfect. All a person could do is sigh.
Teach, Learn, Share
The hardest thing to learn is how to accept failure at one's ability to do anything they set their mind to.
