My name is Philipp and I live in a small city near Stuttgart in Germany. I study applied computer science and work for a company at the same time. I play American Football, the guitar and like to workout. I enjoy to meet new people from all around the world and love to travel!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard a lot of good things about couchsurfing but never tried it before. I think it's a good way to get first hand information about a place, meet local people and to have a great time - and that's why I am here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Never tried couchsurfing before. I slept on some couches in Paris but they don't participate in CS.

I like to read educational books like "The Education of Millionairs", travel books, Dan Brown, Shantaram,...

I enjoy to watch movies based on a true story, documentations, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, The Bucket List,..

Handmade music with guitars, Rock, Metal but I also like good music from other genres. Shinedown, Seether, In Flames, Machine Head, but also Johnny Cash, David Guetta..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekking through Myanmar (Burma), did the Open Water and Advanced Open Water PADI diver certification, swimming with elephants and meeting a reef shark while snorkeling

Teach, Learn, Share

I can play the guitar, have some programming experiences in f.e. Java and just started to learn C. I am interested in the Paleo diet.

I would like to learn new languages, get to know different cultures and people. I would also like to know something more about blogging, starting a business or digital nomads.
