ABOUT ME

I'm a fun-loving, outgoing, slightly eccentric, kind-hearted individual who has yet to meet a stranger, and has never had an enemy.I was born in Mexico, and since then have lived all over the place, including California, Arizona, New Mexico, South Dakota, Nebraska, Tennessee, Colorado, and a few places in between. I have no home, or hometown for that matter. I love the freedom of traveling, the tough times and the good times.

PHILOSOPHY

Why do I live my life.. curiousity mainly. I want to see what's coming, where we're going, and where we've come from. I have no destination (can't get lost!), no agenda (can't be late), and no goals (can't get disappointed). I don't believe in the rat race of modern society, and I try to bring back a piece of the old world, where people conversed in person, cared for one another as human beings, and where life is lived to be enjoyed, not to be slaved away in hopes of a couple years of good retirement. I prefer to live life as close as possible to how we were meant to live it when we were created - freely.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I do all I can, which, sadly is not always that much. For the most part I just do my best spread the word about the project and help out where I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nothing compares!!! It's an odd life, but a good one. Constantly you meet new people, and meeting them from this position gives one hope for humanity - you get to truly see the good in people. I've never been happier in my life.

Interests

Interests... wow - just about anything. I don't think I've found anything yet that I'm not at least slightly curious about. I crave knowlege and information, about anything. I love to learn and experience new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't get a chance to see that many movies (or TV at all for that matter), and you know what? I don't miss it at all. TV dulls the senses and blinds people to the real world. I prefer to get out there and live it instead of watching others pretend to. I love to read, just about anything I can get my hands on (all time favorite book is The Bible). And music preferences - anything and everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't really think that anything I've done is all that amazing, but I've seen plenty of amazing things. The most amazing always occurred in nature though (eagles fishing, wildcats taking down prey). Some people won't find those things all that special, but the natural world never ceases to amaze me.

Teach, Learn, Share

A jack of all trades, master or none. I've dabbled a little in a lot of things, having my hand in everything from construction (everything from laying the foundation to shingling the roof to wiring and plumbing), to professional art (stipling, sculpting, I'm also a tattoo artist), to fencing, janitorial, landscaping, networking, professional window washing, and the list goes on and on. If it's something I haven't done before, I'm a fast and eager learner.
