Hey, I'm a student at Lancaster University in the UK. I also have just spent the last year studying at the University of Maine in America. I love travelling and spend most of my time planning my next trip and how to fund it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was recommended CS from a friend who had cycled across america using only CS. He reckoned it was the best way to meet people and have a fun and interesting time. So I thought I would follow his advice :)

Interests

I'm interested in all sorts of things, definitely a travel fan, most sports too (a Newcastle United fan mind, as well as the Durham Dynamos(Cricket)), I like to keep an open mind about things which usually means I quite like most things :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Definitely when I learnt to sail, I joined a 50ft yacht with 7 South Africans I had never met, to which we sailed across the South Atlantic Ocean from Rio to Cape Town. I loved it and definitely sometimes don't believe I did it myself.
