Grew up in Gaborone - BW, Matlock - UK and Auckland - NZ, collectively. Fluent in my native tongue Setswana, of the people of Botswana. My all time favourite pass time is writing. Poetry, short stories, film scripts, song lyrics, etc. I am a dance teacher to school children, people aged over 50, and to the public that attends my night classes and workshops. Teaching Traditional Tswana Dance, Afrobeat, Kwaito, Dancehall and Hip Hop, alongside videography is what keeps me busy for the most part.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been traveling more recently than I have in the past, for work and for fun. And have held a thought that it is always best to see new places through the perspective and aid of locals. I tend to enjoy myself a lot more that way, and quite often gain great friendships from it. And in knowing my city as well I do, I'm willing to be that person for others :)
