Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

A couchsurfer who stayed with us wrote in our guestbook: "A ship in harbour is safe, but this is not what ships are built for". This is how I feel about life. Couchsurfing is leaving the harbour, sailing the ocean, reaching destinations I never knew before.

It's amazing to pick up a "stranger" from the airport or main station, take him/her home, and they leave as friends.

I also LOVE to surf at someone's place, it's so exciting and all my experiences so far were incredibly amazing. I don't even know how to describe how grateful I am for everything I was able to experience thanks to my hosts!!

Reading or listening to audiobooks :-)

My other passion is horse riding, especially Icelandic Horses. Going fast on a beach or in a forest with a horse makes me feel I found the answer to everything.

I love listening to the cosy crime audiobooks by Agatha Christie.

I think I'm not great at small talk but I love listening to your story and try to see the world from your perspective and discuss stuff.
I'm curious about pretty much anything. I enjoy talking, laughing, listening and I'm also comfortable with silence.
Meeting people is the best thing about travelling for me. Every destination is beautiful in its own way. Everyone has a story.
