about me, i enjoy Music like - How to dress Well, RadioHead, Shout Out Louds, The National, Fleet Foxes, Foals, Yeasayer, Warpaint, Beirut, Iron & Wine, Horse Feathers, CocoRosie

I like Painting with inks and illustrating and drawing pictures of people whilst having a drink with them. love exhibitions and understanding and appreciating works of art. I think its important to give young people the oppotunity to exhibit their art and share their inspirations.

I am interested in exploring ways of bringing people together who would not normally interact. I think that is another reason why i am enjoying travelling, being able to interact with people that would not normally cross my path. It truely is amazing how much i have learnt over a drink just having a bit of a yarn with new friends.

PHILOSOPHY

my personal philosophy is similar to my mission. I am someone that doesnt settle often, i want to keep moving, exploring and meeting new people. How can someone be so content with a way of life when it the only one that they have known. A day passes where a new friend has been made is a day that i am satisfied with, just an interaction of sharing something with someone. even if it is a giggle on a tram or an adventure

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i am travelling at the moment so am really wanting to meet new people and learn a bit about these places i am visiting, stuff that you just cant find in a tour guide.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have had people stay with me for weeks at a time and loved it. when i have a house with enough room i am very accomadating and even up for just grabbing a coffee or drink in melbourne and showing others around. Originally from Perth and have often had my friends from home stay for a week so i have done the tyour of melbourne a lot, but stil...there is so much more i still havent seen. But there is something so rewarding about taking someone through where you live. I am quite proud of it. But also, i love how sometuimes it takes a tourist or foriegner to remind you of how wonderful the place is that you call home.

cooking, i absolutely love to knock up a meal, and never cook the same thing, why would you. Cooking is creating!
coffee, and tea with scones, jam & cream
the beach, the sun. But i am found of greay days as well, as long as i am all gloved up and warm.
I love vintage shopping and flea markets and old pots with pretty plants growing out of them
bike riding, and restoring old bikes is fun. SWIMMING!

rode a donkey on a mountain in spain. watched a man give a cat raiki whilst it was in a long hard labour.
