ABOUT ME
Currently very very short of time because of graduate school deadlines >__<
Maybe available to host between Dec 7th to Dec 13th, traveling from Dec 14th to Jan 15th. Will be available again from late January.
a traveling architecture student
I am originally from China but have lived in Europe and US for the past 8 years, traveled extensively throughout western Europe to study architecture and did cross country road trip twice in the US. Traveling has opened up my world - every city I walked by is unique and every friend I made while traveling is precious. I'm on my journey to see more of this planet, to experience different cultures, to meet open-minded and hospitable friends, and to taste all the deliciousness of the world.
I'm currently doing graduate school at Columbia University in upper Manhattan, I live in university apartments with a small guest room. I have an air-mattress and blankets. The small guest room does not have an door and is kinda cold but I can put the air mattress in the living room which has a door and is warmer.
PHILOSOPHY
be kind and return the good karma I have received.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
still a newbie to this community. My recent US cross country trip with bf brought me into this fun and loving community. I have received so much hospitality and caring from all the friends we have stayed with, and I am eager to give back.
Interests
to be outside - either hiking, sketching, walking through architecture or bar hopping. It's like I need fresh air every few hours to recharge myself with oxygen.
food and urban living - I'm mentally drooling every time I think about all the deliciousness I had on my trips. My map of the world is not geographical but a taste map, exactly like how I experienced it.
