One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was trapped in a cyclone and got chatting to an economic advisor from the International Monetary Fund in the hotel gym about Pacific development.
Enjoyed a warm fire in a Canadian wooden lodge while it snowed outside.
Practised yoga on a frozen lake.
Ate a banana split at a 50s style diner in the middle of the Californian desert.
Hiked to the top of Upper Yosemite Falls.
Went troll hunting in Iceland.
Spent 3 days in a rural Indonesian village and learnt to cook the best gado gado.
Teach, Learn, Share
Yoga!
Cooking! Especially food that is quick to make, healthy, delicious, and affordable.
Conversations about books! Every year I try to read a book a week
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would be more than happy to share my secrets on how to make great Australian dishes - pavlova, homemade meat pie, even fairy bread!
Also happy to make internationally flavoured dishes like gado gado, mexican eggs, pasta puttanesca, vegan pho, tofu bibimbap, etc!
