I am easy-going, sociable, active, and love to travel. Making new friends and having adventures are some of my favorite things to do. Currently traveling and just moved house multiple times, so I can't host just now, but would love to meet up with people in the places I'm visiting or who are coming to California.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to make new friends and I love to travel, so Couchsurfing seems like a perfect combination. Ideally, I would like to connect with people to stay with who enjoy being active and will give me tips for/show me around their city or are interested in cultural exchange. I think one of the greatest joys in life is connecting deeply with others.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not able to play any instruments, but I love jam sessions around a fire. I also love sharing stories and hosting Storytime in particular, so I'm always happy to read/perform poetry and stories to those interested.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived on a sailboat for 4 years in the Caribbean as a child and later spent 2+ months as an adult on a passenger ship that went to Antarctica
