ABOUT ME

Hey Y'all,

I'm a pretty easy going person yet I thrive off of difficult conversations. I'm polite and blunt. I have an absolute passion for journalism: trying to see the world in the micro & macrocosm, seeing humanity and injustice, trying to bring light to issues, trying to get others to be more aware to build solidarity & raise awareness, to potentially achieve positive change. I want to analyze everything specifically looking at who is unjustly privileged, who is silenced, ignored, & oppressed.

I have many graces towards social interactions: I try not to dominate conversation or talk only about myself (despite this bio. haha). I try to respect diversity in all manners be it ideological or cultural or physical, etc. I am a temporarily able bodied, male-bodied, 30 something, "white" human being. I try to weigh every decision i make via it's ecological & social impact.

I've recently committed to the arts. I am at the nascent stage of trying to make a living via writing, photography, design, on and on. Most of my attention and effort is geared towards my crafts. I'm an outgoing person, yet discipline renders me less so sometimes.

PHILOSOPHY

carpe diem; candle burns at both ends; burn, burn, burn, like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars..; be unafraid

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, when i was around thirteen years old, disgusted with the worker drone status quo, i decided to liv my life however i want to. Skrew the mainstream way of life. That was almost two decades ago and counting. And i feel i've kept my own promise.
