uhm...I did Master Cleanse Detox in 12 days and i'm still survive :D
You know, only 12 days with mixed-drink (lemon + chili powder + sugar cane juice), no eating, is a very tuff time. But after that, I changed my diet and have a better health as well as better manner about eating vegetables.
Yes, good for health :D
