Triple air sign, so lots of interests; more quiet and solitary than social. I am totally upbeat, happy for no good reason.
I'm inspired by nature. Nature is my teacher in every area of my life! Raw/living foods lifestyle; permaculture/OG gardening; natural childbirth teacher.

I teach natural childbirth classes based on hypnosis; I love The Work of Byron Katie and am involved with that in a number of ways. I also love to BREATHE! I am a facilitator of Transformational Breath and have been immersed in The Presence Process. It's amazing! And I love to just BE! Very underrated.....
I am a MAGNET for attracting information and topics that just fascinate me! Never a shortage there.
