I'm Pia, 21, music enthusiast, living in Berlin and loving it. I study musicology, play the guitar and some other instruments. In my freetime I like to sing, hang out with friends and travel, of course!

I like the idea of sharing a small part of your life with others, as guest or as host. I would love to get to know the cities I come to with the eyes of an expert or to show my personal favourite spots. Intercultural exchange is always a good idea!

Intereses

I like music very much, I enjoy playing the guitar, the piano or just singing. I was living in France for a year and since then I enjoyed traveling a lot! Now I study in Berlin, like going to the opera, to concerts or to museums. I'm enjoying the wide cultural range of Berlin, one night going to the opera, the next night dancing in a techno club.

Música, películas y libros

Somehow I almost like every kind of music, may it be cool Jazz (I used to play in a Big Band), techno, German Rock music, rap, acoustic guitar sounds or trashy eighties. And classical music of course (as that's the my study subject). I also enjoy reading and watching films, even if I'm not really an expert, but you don't always have to be I guess.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I stayed in several nice host families while doing some concert travels with my choir and on some seminars I've seen people from many countries unite while having the same interests. Also I participated in some theatre/opera/musical plays which was pretty amazing! Two years ago I was living in France while working there as a volunteer. I made some good experiences and was lucky to travel around and learn french.

I'm constantly learning French, each day a bit more. In France I was working as a German teacher, so if you're interested in that there are no worries. Also I can share my experience as a volunteer or teach you 4 essential guitar chords (now you can play every pop song!)

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Mostly exchange of experiences, if you like to I could teach you some german/french or guitar playing. If you like I could cook for you, I like trying out new things and improvised cooking, hangout and grab some beer or whatever you're up to. Also I'm always up to dance!
