About Me
Back home I finished my studies last year, worked a little and then as usual every few months I started feeling I needed a refuge from the routine of daily life in Germany. So I decided that I have to get out of there for some time, before the walls start collapsing over my head, and my friend Anna and me took our bicycles, heading from Berlin to St.Petersburg. We are in Estonia now, looking forward to seeing all the beautiful places which are still ahead of us.. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Between lakeside showers on my cycling-tours and camping-rice every day, I always loved being civilized from time to time, surfing local couches. Couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to get a close insight in the country's cultural life and I love to understand more about the places that I pass by everyday on my bicycle.. And of course it's nice to have some good company to share my thoughts and experiences with before I eventually start talking to myself :)
Interests
I love to just stroll the streets and observe my surroundings, I love to travel and at the moment I still feel like nothing can occupy my mind long enough to settle in one place. I hope that feeling doesn't eventually get in the way of my studies back home.. :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not a big movie person, as I get bored 20 minutes into them.. But I love books, any kind of books, from fantasy and children's books to the more serious and important ones :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Fighting crabs in the middle of the night on the beach at low tide, jumping out the door of a moving train in Bangkok to be on time for my internship at 9 in the morning, a cycling-tour through the villages of Bihar in India without proper breaks on my bike, and my half-year-long-bicycle-trip through Easter Europe, Turkey, Georgia and Armenia last year..
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach.. hm.. I think unfortunately I don't have much to teach, but I like learning new things and sharing everything I have with people I like and love!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some bits and pieces of the roadside adventures.. :) and maybe some leftover food, if there is any.. ;)
