Born and bred in a small Bavarian town not far from Munich I'm very keen on exploring the world. My travel mate Laura (who is also my best friend since 13 years) and me have been to Edinburgh, Vienna and London together and are exploring Singapore, Australia and NZ at the moment
I have to admit I'm more of a quiet person, mostly thinking about the universe and the sense of life (if there is one) or creating all kinds of art, sometimes visual, sometimes written. Most of the time my imagination is too big when it shouldn't be and too small when I could need it.

I'm on Couchsurfing, because I don't only want to meet fellow travelers, but also get to know the local way of life.
While traveling Laura and me always try to stay as far away as possible from tourist crowds or tours... the less you plan the more you experience.

Intereses

Filmmaking is my biggest passion, I hope I can do it professionally in the future. I love everything about it, the writing part, directing, camera, cutting & editing and especially making costumes and props.

Música, películas y libros

I'm totally in love with rock music from the 70s and 80s, but also some Metal, Punk and Indie. Live music makes it even better!
Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings is awesome, but nothing can beat Tarantino. I don't have a favorite movie, but from the last ones I watched Mulholland Drive and High Rise were quite interesting.
As for books I've read tons of them when I was younger, but when I started writing myself, reading kind of wasn't that interesting anymore.. sadly

I've lived in a village in Nepal for 3 weeks and it changed my whole life. I've met people who will stay in my heart forever, heard stories which I never thought could possibly be real and most of all learned that it's the small things that matter in life.

On top of all I just want to have a great time, which means music, interesting talks and people with alternative lifestyles and ways of thinking. Good parties, cooking together, share stories or take a swim in the see..
Learning new stuff is always fun, no matter what it is (but surfing would be cool)

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Mhmm... what am I good at? I guess I could show you how to cut movies and basic movie making stuff, give you German lessons and share stories.
But the main thing is talks and stories I guess.
