About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Just keep moving on!

ABOUT ME

I'm not particularly well traveled outside of the US, but I've lived just about everywhere WITHIN the states! I lived the longest in Pennsylvania (6 years), so I consider that my home town. Went to high school in Houston, TX, and just graduated from undergrad in Tulsa, OK.

Currently, I am a grad student at NYU's Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program, and expect to graduate in 2012.

PHILOSOPHY

Currently, I live by two mottos:

"Fake it 'til you make it!"

and

"Don't worry about anything that money can fix."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Nothing really worth mentioning yet; the journey's just begun!

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy having conversations about the nature of aesthetics; I have my own opinions on art and beauty but I love to listen to the opinions of other working artists as well. I believe that the difference between something made for entertainment and a piece of art is that the piece of art has the ability to point beyond ourselves toward something greater; art is in some way transcendent.
