My family is from Mexico and migrated to the US and eventually worked in military, law enforcement, and education. Thanks to playing futbol (⚽) I was lucky enough to travel the country and parts of the world since an early age. I got a scholarship to play D-1 Soccer until an ankle surgery forced me into early retirement. My back up was studying for my Master's degree 😅.

I keep a steady workout routine 🏋🏽‍♂️. Yoga and stretching are some of my favorite pastimes. I'm also Very interested in athletic mental health, fitness, recovery, and body-mind connection.

I can be pretty chill but I like to go out and have drink+ get on a dance floor.
