About Me
It's always difficult to describe yourself as this is a very subjective opinion I am giving you right now :)
I currently live in Dresden, Germany, work in a pretty cool hostel and trying to figure out what to do when I grow up.
I love being in the nature, hiking, driving my bike or simply laying by the river with a book. Contact with nature is essential for me to be happy :) The most valuable to me, is the time i spend with people who are clostest to me, my friends and family.
Besides nature, I love eating. It is definitely my biggest passion. Cooking as well, but eating definitely is the winner here!
I like to call myself a granny girl, as my dream evening is laying on the sofa under a blanket, drinking tea, knitting and watching a movie or reading a good book:) but sometimes I can also be very active and outgoing, you wouldn't say it's the same person :)
I do yoga every day - I am definitely not a pro, it just makes me feel better and have more energy for a daily life :)
Our planet is very important to me, I take part in enviromental connected protests and actions. I am trying to be a vegetarian (I eat meat and fish very rarely), but since I am a food addict I am not able to resist when I REALLY want to eat a burger ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined CS a good few years ago, when I was young and wanted to travel and had no money. I met many amazing people through this website, for what I am very grateful!
Thanks to couchsurfing I lived the best adventures of my life and I want to have more! So yes, I am here for the people, for the experiences I can share with them and to have friends all over the world :)
Interests
I already worte about nature so I won't repeat myself here :)
Apart from all that I love traveling and exploring new places, their culture, food, people.. When I travel I feel alive and it's kind of like an instant injection of happiness ;) I've been to many places but there is still so much more of the world to see! I find it fascinating to discover the parts of the world where I have never been before, but somehow I fell in love most with South America and that's where my heart calls me to come back!
I am currently learning photography - not really intense, but -learning by doing- I love taking picture of nature, with people I'm a bit shy but I'm trying to change that :)
