Overview
About Me
I've been playing in the dirt around here since I had training wheels. I love how Bend divides the desert and forest through ancient volcanic eruptions. There are a lot of treasures to be explored and I've only scratched the surface.
I enjoy creating mechanical things and then pushing them to the breaking point, so I can learn how to do it better. I took a break from surfing/hosting to focus on pushing my business to the next level; it's mostly there so I can relax a little bit and enjoy life a little bit more. Which gives me the ability to host some cool couch surfers again.
You must always push the limits. Because if you never fail, you will never succeed.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To bridge the gap between rednecks and tree huggers.
Interests
I really like the conversations that come from surfing and hosting. I like to check out live bands, explore the wilderness and of course craft beer. My top hobbies right now are trail riding my dirt bike and playing with RC cars and rock crawlers.

Music, Movies, and Books
Diego's Umbrella is a bitchin band, The Goonies is a great movie filmed in Oregon, Lights Out by David Crawford is an eye opening read.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Custom built a pro touring style '61 Ford Falcon w/ 429 big block, fuel injection, custom front and rear suspension, full cage....Then I hooked up a trailer behind it and headed down the road. Ended up living in Texas for a few months, then made my way over to Georgia for a while. Those were some fun couch surfing times. Eventually I made the trip back to my stompin grounds with the custom creation.
