I'm interested in exploring the potentiality of human mind and
his deep connections with the body and the cosmic energies of
the soul; in harmonic self-development and in creating empathic
connexions with people around me.
I believe in Ahimsa and in hospitality.
I like to listen, to discover new cultures and new ways of thinking
without critical judgement. I love trees and forests.

Couchsurfing has changed my life in so many ways ever since I have
joined.it I have surfed many couches and I have had the chance
to meet amazing people who have greatly influence the course of my
life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: how to cook a 'risotto', speaking Italian, playing accordion or guitar, doing yoga, seeing the wonderful side of life.
Learn: I'd like to learn traditional songs from all over the world, old wisdom and tales. I would also like to learn how to repair bicycles, to recognize stars and how to cultivate vegetables and fruits.
Share: a smile, a song, a walk, a conversation, the present moment.
