Who I am? Better to say who we are. We are a family consisting of 2 adults and 2 children of 7 and 6 years old. I'm italian, my partner Samantha is french and we live in Rome. I work at school part-time like school aide and also part-time for a french institution dealing with archeology and historical topics. Samantha works for another french istitution dealing with french language and culture. With two children and work, we are very busy, so we'll not can spent so many time with you but if we will have way however, we will take a walk with you in the historic streets of the eternal city. So we'll be happy when we can, to host mom with son or daughter, girls, women, couples of girls or women from U.S, Canada, Britain, New Zeland, Australia , Ireland, India, Jamaica. All good english speakers are welcome. It’s the first experience for us with couchsurfing, so we decided to host only girls and women with children. Before hosting, we will have a chat video on WhatsApp. It’ll be a good way to know each other first, to reassure each other. You will have a sofa whic turn into bed in the livingroom.
I tell you some house rules to live your stay without embarrassment and misunderstandings:
-shoes are left at the entrance
-in the evening you return before 10:30pm (I know that for those on vacation it is a heavy restriction, but be patient, we are a family with children...)
-in the morning you leave the house before 8am (we have to take the children to school and then we go to work)
-we don’t leave the house keys, so don’t ask for that

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Samantha and I want to give our children the chance to get in touch with English speakers, to encourage them to speak English and culturally stimulate them. That’s honestly why we’re here

Classical music, jazz, italian folk music, french music, argentinian tango ( wich I dance)
Usually we listen french radio or music on spotify. We have not tv in the house, we prefer books, music, radio.
