Of course I think everyone growing up in a given territory, is influenced by a certain culture and traditions that influence positively or negatively a certain subject., These may be extenuating circumstances but not the absolute cause of many strange behaviors, unfair, wrong, violent or abberranti of 'human soul. and for this we must accept them or justify them, but we only help provide a rational and balanced opinion to the daily events or past
