About Me

I'm a carpe diem guy, not I don't like future or I'm affraid of it, but just it's too annoying to plan everything, although I'm pretty young, I already quite a lot of things in my life and I feel lucky to get the opportunity. I just want to be more careless about first world problems people are too much complaining about.
Problem: I fell in the trap of travelling, once you start, you can't quit it that easy, I'm so curious about... everything: people, knowledge, locations, culture, I'm always interested in things if I'm with nice and open-minded persons.
I see our generation as a curious one, we're not afraid to travel, to visit, to come to something new anymore. That's what I want in my life: Change. I hate routine, it's one of the modern curse of this society, these daily repetitive actions we're doing from the time we wake up on the monday morning to the time we go to bed on friday night, I'm recognizing myself in this travelling generation who's not afraid of the unknown.

I'm also a clown, every day, I'm never grumpy (not more than 10 min), I always laugh, joke about absolutely everything, because we can afford this today. I like to laugh with my friends, with people I just met, with family, with everybody, it's the best medecine I find in my life.

My life has been so far always linked to my student life which enabled me to be abroad for studying, I lived in Australia for 5 month and I'm actually living in Sweden where I'm achieving my "mobility year" in my studies course.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To complete my pursuit of more "unknowness", to meet people, visit more places and host also as many nice people I can encouteer.
To get opportunity to travel without being through the classic "tourist system" and really be involved in the local life.

Interests

Music, I used to play bass guitar and I always like to listen to music, dance on it (even if I'm bad at it).
Drama (Improvisation), Handball, Cinema, Photography.
But most of these classic interests, I'm interested in so much things, so different from each other sometimes.
I like to enjoy with people anything, and if it's new to me, even more !

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Huge range of gender, basicaly everything wich have been created for music and not for money. I can listen to a great 60's rock guitar riff and then some recent trance-electro-music, with 3 rap songs (english or french) between ! Classic or Dub, Rock or Rap, Pop or indie, gender doesn't matter, only the music itself ! Here's somes of my favourite artists anyway: AC/DC, RATM, Ratatat, Infected Mushrooms, Dub Inc., Eminem, Scarecrow Blues Hip Hop, Gun n roses, Mr. Oizo, Chuck Berry, etc.

Movies: A lot of them, classic ones, not so famous ones, strange ones. I like a lot cinema, and watched a lot of movies, knowing that I have so much left to watch.
I love super heroes movies (No DC/Marvel preference !), sci-fi and fantastic (Star Wars and LotR ofc), comedies (not the dumb ones), thriller (Seven, 6th sense), well like music, a lot of things ! Some references: Hitchiker's guide to the Galaxy, Watchmen, the Shawshank Redemption, Rubber, Realité, Forest Gump...

Books: When I have time for not course-related books, I like to read comics, not super heroes ones (well sometimes) but more european comics (from Belgium or France, most of the times), I also got some books I love, and I watched in movies before or after (H2G2, Harry Potter, Tolkien)
