I'm a 32 y.o. frenchman, living in Strasbourg with my girlfriend Marie.
We both moved here from Paris 4 years ago to complete our medical residency. The Alsace region is beautiful and we live a fairly happy and peaceful life here.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

My girlfriend and I are in the middle of a 6 month sabbatical and about to take a 2 month road trip to Odessa, Ukraine. Our plan is to really take our time to visit all the countries we will be lucky to cross : Germany, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Romania and finally Ukraine. Our way back route has not been determined yet...

And as to why couchsurf, I guess we both believe that getting in contact with locals is priceless when it comes to travelling and experiencing another culture.

I listen mainly to classic rock from the 70's (CCR, Santana, Deep Purple, King Crimson...), hiphop (mainly old school stuff like Blackstar, ATCQ, The Roots, and some indie like Aesop Rock, Atmosphere) and some reggae and electronic music on occasions.
I am not to much of a movie fan, I enjoy hanging out and chatting much more!

Marie and I have already taken a long roadtrip from Paris to Tallinn, Estonia. We definitely hope to find some of the excitement we felt back then (2009).

What I enjoy most when meeting new people is taking the time to enjoy the moment, share a good meal, have long talks, exchange views, be curious and listen.
