ABOUT ME

Bah.... What can I say. I am a social geek and my name is Pierre-Luc. It's been a few weeks since I discovered this site. Right now, I just see endless possibilities to meet new people and share great times with new friends. I'm a french canadian, so don't look at my grammar but I have no problem speaking in english. I am an enthusiast person who loves to try new stuff. I believe life is an adventure that you need to enjoy until the end.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just finished my master degree and I always dreamed to backpack Europe. So I asked one of my friends in Alberta one of the best ways to travels and share with other. She told me to try this website so here I am.

Interests

I am interested in meeting new friends and to discover the world. I would like to learn more about cooking, new languages, other cultures and try stuff that I have never done before.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to new music. However, right now I like to listen some Jean Leloup, Black Keys, Sublime, Daft Punk, Dropkick Murphy's, Mister Valaire...

For the books, I like reading some Hemingway, Edgar Allan Poe and George Orwell. If you are interested in french/québec literature I love reading Patrick Sénécal books.

Movies: The lord of the rings, Schindler's List, pretty much any action movie, sci-fic and psychological movies. I always love when a movie ends and you are like wow.... that was intense.

Right now, I just finished watching the TV Series Game of Thrones and I am totally addicted :S

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have built and rode several concrete toboggans all around Canada. I have been skiing in the rookies.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach lots of thing. I can teach you my culture and what's going on in Canada and Québec. I can teach you french, some Canadian recipes and ski (I am a ski instructor)
