I am currently planning a several months trip in East Africa.
I quitted my job in an aeronautical company to make the trip possible.
My trip will start in South Africa in September 2018 and should end in Ethiopia in March or April 2019.
During all my journey, I will deliver interviews and reports for a french Radio (Radio Collège).
The topics of these interviews are plurals : stories of people, nature, environment, politics, etc...
To be honest, this is my first long lasting trip on my own. I have ever been doing Woofing in Ireland but I was with a friend.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is the first time I use Couchsurfing.
In my mind, Couchsurfing is a good way to discover a city and its citizens.
I am looking forward to finding new subjects and topics, as well as making friends.
Moreover, while I am visiting a place, I really like to discover a city as an inhabitant instead of a common tourist.

Interests

In France, I hosted a radio show as a hobby and I carried out interviews for this radio as well. I really enjoyed it and that's why I would like to keep on interviewing during my trip.
I also played for two years in an improvisational theatre company and I loved it. I was very involved in the company and the shows we delivered.
I am also a great fan of nature and animals.
I really like surf and running as sports and I heard that the Indian Ocean coast stands as one of the best place to surf!
Recently, I interested a lot in history, urbanism and architecture. Moreover in city's history.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love soul music. One of my fabourite is "Inner city blues" from Marvin Gaye but I alo listen to rap and rock.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach : I can talk about the history of cities I lived in France. Concerning migratory movements, wars, great artistic and scientific currents in France.
I have also a good vision of the main industrial issues in France and in Europe.
But of course, I am not a teacher in all these subjects

Learn : Everything from a city : history, cultural events, architectur, food.

Share : Share everything that makes a good talk : vision of the society, personal stories, personal experiences, etc...
