On a day to day basis I’m a very contemplative and calm person; but if you press the right button you’ll find a passionate and intense, yet receptive and open-minded interlocutor.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m new to this couch surfing thing; but for now I would say that it looks to me like a good way to join the useful (find a place to stay) to the enjoyable (share a slice of life with a stranger).

Music, Movies, and Books

Every book by Hermann Hesse is my favourite book, but "Siddhartha" as to be on the top of the list. I also read a lot about philosophy (my new passion is phenomenology), osteopathy, science (mostly neuroscience, psychology and quantum physics) and spirituality.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ascension of the Chimborazo (the highest and hardest peak in Ecuador) without proper ice progression training. A dangerous and foolish thing to do that taught me a good lesson of humility.

I could talk to you for hours about osteopathic medicine, but the very best way to know about it is to experience with your own body. If you are in any kind of pain, and if I feel that I can help you in any way, I’ll be more than happy to be of hand. I can also teach you a bit of French (my first language).
