Every book by Hermann Hesse is my favourite book, but "Siddhartha" as to be on the top of the list. I also read a lot about philosophy (my new passion is phenomenology), osteopathy, science (mostly neuroscience, psychology and quantum physics) and spirituality.

Ascension of the Chimborazo (the highest and hardest peak in Ecuador) without proper ice progression training. A dangerous and foolish thing to do that taught me a good lesson of humility.

I could talk to you for hours about osteopathic medicine, but the very best way to know about it is to experience with your own body. If you are in any kind of pain, and if I feel that I can help you in any way, I’ll be more than happy to be of hand. I can also teach you a bit of French (my first language).
