Hey, I've lived in Paris for many years but now in China for about a year. Sorry my dear surfers, not possible to host right now. Unless you want to visit in China, in the middle of nowhere in Guangdong province (not far from Hong Kong though). I'm working on a construction site, closest city is one hour away by bus, quite nice, the name is Taishan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling and I practiced couchsurfing and backpackers hostels many times. For the time being it is not very convenient to host, and I don't think many people would be interested in stayin at my place!
This is a great opportunity that i am in China, and I plan to travel around the country and maybe other countries nearby. I would be so happy to surf in all those amazing places in Asia, share experiences, and later welcome my lovely hosts in Paris when I'll be back there!

Interests

Apart from travelling, I fancy scuba diving, cross country skiing and snowboarding. Basically I like outdoor activities, and I always go out of cities when I have free time, to enjoy either in mountain or by the sea, whatever the season!
Currently in Asia, I brought my scuba diving equipment. It seems more suitable for the place here than ski equipment. Looking forward to see what is underwater over here!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm just back from a year in Australia, working as a baker and pastry chef in Sydney and Perth. I left apart my engineer activity to do that.
A wonderful experience in a country I dind't know anything about, and where I was able to practice one of my passion in a professional environment! Of course I did not only work there, but also travelled in some spots of this huge country, before going back to my previous engineer position.... before maybe moving on again in bakery and pastry stuffs... ;-)
