Bring peace, knowledge, truth and happiness around me, whatever works: massages, mediation, teaching IT, maths or ancient greek. I gladly share my faith with those open to it. And I tend to preach about free software, even to those not really open to it.

ABOUT ME

I am basically a geek. I read a lot of sci-fi and fantasy books, watch quite a lot of movies and TV series. When I'm not reading for fun or for my studies (or both), I spend a lot of time on a computer, mostly programming.

I have an urge to learn, I'm always curious about everything. I find history fascinating, ancient languages and quantum physics funny.

Music, Movies, and Books

For movies, TV series and books, my first choice is sci-fi and fantasy. Previously, by rereading it, I realized how much reading Dune (from Frank Herbert) as a teenager shaped my life.

As for music, I listen a very wide spectrum of genres, from Mozart to Skrillex. Half of what I listen to I discovered from friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I keep feeling a sense of awe each time a relation, short or long, changes me (it's probably all the more awesome because I can be pretty stubborn). I have had a few close encounters with God that basically turned my life around. I have a few very close friends that keep helping me take a different look on myself. And I had countless discussions and debates, with people I agree with and people I disagree with, that made me build and challenge the way I see life.

Also babies, kittens and puppies. You can't see them or hold them without being deeply moved. At least I am utterly defenseless to that.
