ABOUT ME

I grew up in Brittany, a celtic and beautiful region located in the west part of France ;) I am the kind of person who enjoys wandering around and discovering new things. I have lived few times abroad, I like to share my experiences and to meet people with the taste of adventure ! I enjoy traveling since my year in Croatia. I have met amazing people and I discovered beautiful places.

If I could live a life where I consistently traveled and met new people while learning new cultures, I'd be extremely happy :)

One year ago, I realized one of my dream : backpacking around Southeast Asia and Oceania during 9 months. I visited : India, Nepal, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, New-Zeeland, Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to couch surf and prolong my travel as much as I can in my life time. I think what makes traveling amazing is the people and stories that you learn from along the way - and not just the destination.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

With CouchSurfing, I traveled for the first time in Portugal, then in United States in July and August 2013. And then many time during my trip in South-East Asia. I realized that there was a real advantage to be able to "enter" in people's lives and better understand others. The CouchSurfing concept help with this. However, I am just beginner in CS but I want to continue to travel by this way because it's incredible and I always meet very nice and memorable people.

Interests

Like a lot of CS, I love traveling and discovering new cultures. There are always lot to see, do, drink, eat, explore. Which also happens to be my philosophy when I travel. Explore and try as much as I can :) I think that this is the best way to can understand more the others and also to can understand more myself. During my free time, I like to go hiking,to go for a bike ride next to the sea. I love French food (especially cheese) and that is the kind of things I miss sometimes when I go abroad.

Music: pop, rock, Irish music, Brazilian music, Ludovico Einaudi (to relax) and I'm also a big fan of Coldplay, Beirut and the Beatles
Books: Coelho, Levy, Coben and stories of travelers (Le monde en stop written by Ludovic Hubler is one of my favorite)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My US road-trip alone that led us through 15 big cities (East Coast and South) has been amazing in many ways. And if you want I will tell it more when I will meet you.
