I'm an open minded guy who loves travelling. Travelling doesn't really mean to go to a far away destination, but for me travelling is something you do everyday. It's the journey that counts and not the road you take.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I didn't host anyone yet, but feel free to send me a request! I already slept on a couple of couches, mostly during my erasmus programme in Turkey.

Interests

I love to try new things, new sports and new adventures. I love "extreme" sports such as surfing, rafting, canyoning, ... but all on a amateur level, so nothing professional.

I like listening to music, all kinds of music! I'm also playing the guitar as well and I know how to play an Ukelele. I am interested in different types of cultures, social habits and opinions regarding different religions.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I like singer-songwriter campfire music as wel underground electronica. To me music is what life sounds like!

Movies: Action, drama, thriller, biography, documentary, comedy and series!

Books: I like to read, but I admit that I should take more time to actually do it! Some authors I like are JK Rowling, Doyle, Tolkien, George Martin, Dan Brown

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had a 3hour conversation (in French!) with an 82-year old Moroccan man about Jacques Brel (a famous Belgian singer)

Other amazing things:
- Sunrise at Cappadocia (6AM in the morning)
- Hitch hiking from Leuven (Belgium) to Barcelona (Spain)
- Living in Turkey for 5 months (Erasmus programme)

Teach, Learn, Share

I am eager to learn a lot and to get to know a lot of different cultures and habbits. I like eating different kind of foods and trying new things!

I can teach you how to play the guitar and how to make good belgian fries! (fresh ones).
