About Me
Hello everyone, finally I am part of this community. My roots are in Imola (famous just for the Formula 1 circuit and very close to Bologna), but I've been living abroad for a while: a semester in London (at Brunel University, Uxbridge), one year in Mexico City (at UNAM), five months for an internship between Estoril and Lisbon (Portugal) and some months in Nairobi (researching witchcraft and black magic.. yes, it sounds weird and creepy, but was not). Lately, I've been in Buenos Aires for my doctoral research (how communities coped with the biographical disruption of leaving their home to settle elsewhere).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When stuck in my birth city I would like to share time and thoughts with other travellers. When abroad, this community can be useful not just for meeting interesting people but to find a place where to stay as well 🙂
Teach, Learn, Share
Sharing experiences, first of all. I may be useful to practice your italian (I've been teaching it for a while).. and maybe someone out there also share my life philosophy of not hurting animals if not necessary
