I'm Pietro and I come from the beautiful Amalfi Coast of Italy. After 5 years studying linguistics in Utrecht, the Netherlands, I'm now doing a gap year travelling.
I have a fervent passion for languages and different cultures. I love interacting with new people and to plunge into the way of living of a country. I'm always up for having fun or for having a deep conversation.

I've spent two months solo among the Arguni people of West Papua and I was the first person to ever describe and document their language

I like to cook Italian food from my region (the real way). It makes me happy and Iove it when others enjoy what I make. I will love to see what people make in other countries and regions I'm visiting.
If anybody wants to practice, I will always be willing to speak Italian or any other language. I love answering questions that you may have.

I will try to get some delicious products from Italy with me, but I can't say for sure whether I will manage. I can certainly cook for you!
