About Me
ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Milan, half Venetian, I've been living / studying / working a few places. Pretty wanderlust kid. I work in Contemporary Art (making, writing, organizing and showing).
Things i like: eating and drinking, martial arts, videogames, every kind of art, cats, internet, (some) people and so on. Recently, I developed a passion for analog photography, using cameras as old as 1950s. I obviously have a huge passion for travelling as well, and I try to follow it as much as I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Basically, I think couchsurfing is a good thing for mankind. It is a community of similar-minded people with a big heart who like to travel and help people travel on a budget. It is actually the best way to travel. It enriches both who hosts and who is hosted, creating connections across the globe and making the trip definitely better. Actually, some of the most interesting people I've ever met were met through couchsurfing, so why should I stop?
Interests
Listening and playing music, meeting interesting people, seeing things and places, eating and drinking all kinds of stuff. Hiking, swimming, flying. More generally: I love everything that feels new and fresh.

Music, Movies, and Books
This would be far too long, just quoting a few things that randomly pop up in my mind.
Music: Sigur Ròs, MONO, World's End Girlfriend, Bello Figo, Tom Waits, Lou Reed, The Tallest Man on Earth, Talking Heads, Bjork, Regina Spektor, CocoRosie, Portishead, Slowdive, Belle and Sebastian, Four Tet, Burial, Fuck Buttons, Nosaj Thing, Bonobo, Daughter, Dirty Three [...]
Books: Jack Kerouac (& the other beatniks), Murakami Haruki, Henry Miller, Yukio Mishima, Dave Eggers, Chuck Palahniuk, Douglas Adams, Fernando Pessoa. A Clockwork Orange, 1984. And Friedrich Nietzsche as well.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Seeing Sigur Ròs playing in the middle of a thunderstorm, getting my grandmother to like electronic music, climbing a mountain over 4000 metres. Trips to Japan were fairly amazing as well.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share many stories and chats about travel, life and whatever. Decent cooking skills, good drinking & bartending skills. I believe I have well developed some general human skills such as having fun and being nice, especially to who's being nice to me by sharing their shelter.
