Hello, I’m Pili :) Im a professional Photographer and Videographer from Argentina, just moved to France after living one year in Australia, where I’ll go back in a couple of months.
I’m mainly an artist, animal and nature lover, optimistically believing that everything can be better with love. I found in art a transformation tool, and that’s why I ended up filming mainly for wildlife conservation and human rights organisations. I really believe that with love, any artistic expression can heal a world, turn something broken into someting shiny. My world shines when I paint, when I hug those that I love, when I travel, in the ocean, when I play the piano…
I always felt a close bond with animals, thats why I also became Vegan a couple of years ago. I love very much spending time with them, or in nature, or taking care of my garden. I love playing too, I’m a kid and enjoy turning everything into a game.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started travelling 11 years ago. Both with friends and alone, sometimes as holidays and others for long term. Last year I moved to Australia and it was the best decision ever. Now I came to France with my boyfriend, where we’ll stay for a couple of months, and afterwards we’ll return to Australia.

Interests

I really enjoy spending time in nature, swimming, playing music, painting, watching movies, trying new things, playing sports and learning historical stuff. I love animals and spending time with them, and I always become a great sister for little kids, as I feel a child too. Im vegan, and like very much cooking and learing new things abour ecology and sustainable things.

Travel alone
Volunteer in a marine wildlife rescue center
Attend to an opera in the Arena in Verona
Move to Australia from Argentina alone
Roadtrip in a van through Australian western coast
Dive amongst marine animals
14km walk at night between mountains and stars
Taking a plane to another country just to spend the afternoon with a friend in the beach
Wake up in a tent in the Alps
Take 4 planes and a ferry to declare my love
Adopt a little puppy i found travelling in the middle of the mountains (he’s the one that does the amazing thing in this case, sharing his love everyday at home)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some spanish while travelling, I love cooking and as I’m vegan, it would be nice to share or learn more healthy and creative dishes. I also love gardening, painting and playing the piano, would love to share musical moments, learn how to play new instruments or help you in your garden.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like finding friends in the way, the ones that remain in your heart through distance and time, and would be glad to show my hometown if you travell someday. I’ll be happy to cook together and would love sharing valuable moments. I love my garden and my orchard, I’m not an expert but I could help if you want to have one or to make some gardening work, and I would happily take care of your animals if necessary. I’m a photographer and videographer with some experience in websites and social media too, skills that would happily shared if needed. I also have lots of experience as a babysitter, which could be of help if you have little children.
