My name is Pilar I am from Argentina and I am 20 years old. I love travelling, I started travelling three years ago and since then my whole life has changed. I am studying literature in Rosario, I write a lot, hopefully one day I will be a writer. Despite my age I sometimes behave as a child, I love having fun and laughing!
I wanna create bounds with people around the world, i wanna have the chance to know their interests, culture, likes and dislikes. Even though I enjoy being surrounded by people I also really love being by myself. In Argentina I spend most of my days sitting in my couch reading, watching series, listening to music while I'm writing or running.

Becuase i want to meet people and i wanna give them the possibility to stay in my home and show them the city I live in! Nowadays people are really insecure, we have lost trust in each other so I believe couch surfing gives us the opportunity to trust the other again, to open our arms to strangers that may become friends.

兴趣

Music, travelling, meeting new people. I like the fact that the music to listen to is infinite, the world is huge and there are billions of people I can meet!!! My fondness for reading is indubitable, i love while reading watching the rain, with my dog beside me, in the beach, in the afternoon, during a sunset, under the light of a lamp and the company of a cup of coffe... i just love reading!! This may sound weird but I really enjoy studying. This year, for example, i had to study a lot about german literature, it completely caught me!!! I cant wait to go to Germany and Austria to see the places where those amazing authors opened their minds and let the words flow!!

Music: indie. I love indie and alternative music. My favourite bands and singers so far are Youth Lagoon(PLEASE if you read this listen to that guy!!), The Lumineers, Heart and The Heart, Tycho, Dustin Tebutt, Low Roar, Patrick Watson, Of monsters and men, Daughter, Beach House and so on.
While I'm travelling by car I love listening to Jack Johnson and Jonh Mayer's songs.
I also really like The Police, Alan Parsons, Genesis, Bob Marley, Creedence, William Ackerman, and so on.
My favourites books are the ones from the realism period, lets say Balzac, Flaubert, Stendhal, Dostoieviski, Tolstoi. I also LOVE Jane Austen and Shakespeare, King Lear has been the best book i ever read!! I Lately I've been reading Khaled Hosseini's books and I found them extremely awesome, but I'd rather choose the older ones... from middle age or from the XIX century, I swear if you happen to read Schnitzler writings you will find yourself reading Freud's mind.
