I was born and grew up in Madrid, Spain. However, as an adult I’ve lived in Brazil, the US, and Somalia. I work in international development, and I am passionate about the field (that is the reason why I’ve lived in Somalia). I am currently doing a masters in Education, with the goal of improving educational institutions in developing countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve only done Couchsurfing once. It was with some friends while I was living in Brazil, and it was a great experience. I love the idea of opening your house and sharing it with someone from another country. Unfortunately, I currently do not have a permanent base and I do not have a house I can host, but hopefully I can settle soon after my masters and become a host!

Interests

I am passionate about international development. I have been since I was 13, and I love to speak with people about any aspect of the field (their experience working, studying or traveling to developing countries, their expertise on a sector related to it in any way, etc). I love to travel, get to know other cultures and people. I also love to spend my free time doing sports and being in the nature with my friends
