About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel, Meet, Greet, Talk, Walk, Share, Care, Enjoy.

ABOUT ME

I'm a French and German student from England who has been lucky enough to be able to spend a year abroad in Munich and on the island of Reunion, honing my skills and seeing the world from a different perspective.

I've left everyone behind who mattered to me and come this summer I'll be back with them all once again. In the meantime I'm living island life to the full and travelling through Southern Africa during the world cup period once I'm done.

PHILOSOPHY

"The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page." - Saint Augustine

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is truly astounding. As someone who likes to see the light within each and every person I meet, the CS project has been incredible in bringing people together from across the globe and bringing the gift of travel to those otherwise unable to see the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A relative rookie in the world of CS, I've met some fantastic couchsurfers in Reunion (Hosting and meetups) and not heard a bad word about it yet...

Interests

Sport is my passion -- playing, watching, analysing, discussing, writing, reading, living. That combined with my appetite for travelling and adventure led me to book up flights to South Africa for the FIFA World Cup this summer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oktoberfest 2008/2009 - On so many levels one of the best experiences i've had. Looking deeper the first level of an amazing party atmosphere, the Wiesn' summed up the relaxed, welcoming attitude of the people of Munich that I saw whilst living there for six months. I was lucky enough to meet travellers and couchsurfers from across the globe in the setting of pure Bavarian tradition. Well worth a visit regardless of your views on beer.
