My name is Pilar Ciarrocca, I’m 21 years old. I was born and grown up in Argentina.
At the moment I’m studying Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires. I hope to become a great psychoanalyst one day. Freud, Jung and Lacan are my favorite trio.
By the way, I love travelling so I’m looking forward to visit every country and place in the world. I like hiking and camping in the mountain, sailing new seas. And the one I love the most is visiting new cities, appreciate their architecture and history.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

If I have to say in a few words my purpose in Couchsurfing is to open doors at new experiences, to meet new people from all over the world and share with them an exchange of cultures.

兴趣

I'm such a curious person, hungry for having new experiences and to meet new knowledges.
I love reading, I’m a huge fun of Latin-American authors such us Jorge Luis Borges, Cortazar, Garcia Marquez because they represent in their fictions the south America socio-historic context.
But I’m also into literature from all over the world like Milan Kundera, Franz Kafka, Dino Buzzati, Haruki Murakami…
One of my favorite things to do is going to music festivals with friends. There’s nothing better than sharing a pair of beers with great bands sounding around.
And of course one of my passions is travelling. When I have the possibility, I don’t doubt twice to take a bus, train or plane and go meeting new places. I love the city and natural landscapes, so the mix of both is what I enjoy the most.
