Overview
About Me
I was born and raised in Taiwan, an island that was nicknamed Formosa (meaning "Beautiful Island" in Portuguese). I've lived in Hawaii for one year, Chicago for two years and I'm currently studying in Paris for my MA degree in international development.
I love to meet people from different background and I'm open-minded and outgoing! I believe the connection between human beings and the relationship we have with people we love are what makes life precious. I also like to add a little bit of humor in my life to make it more fun!
I began my travel journey when I was in high school, to France at that time I remembered. The people I've met, strangers or friends, the conversations I've had, as well as the things I've observed, all made me become who I am today. I really appreciate these experience and I was addicted to create more of them:) So that's why I keep traveling. To rethink about myself and to remake myself, through my trips.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was looking for a way of traveling that would allow me explore not just cities, but also people who live in that cities. It is through Couchsurfing that I get to know people's lives and stories, that I often find more fascinating then the city itself.
Interests
I love reading, anything from psychology, sociology, philosophy to sciences fiction. I studied international relations and sociology. I also love outdoor activities, such as jogging, hiking and swimming. I enjoy doing yoga too! Drawing, travelling, talking to people, learning languages are my favorites as well!
