I love travelling and meeting people. I was born in China, but grew up in Canada. I will be travelling to London in a few days.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel, and meet interesting people. I loved staying at hostels, and becoming instant friends with strangers, which is why I think couchsurfing will be an incredible experience. I want to meet locals and visit non-touristy places, and learn about the local culture.

Interests

Design Like you give a Damn by Habitat for Humanity (because it inspired me to pursue architecture by making me realize that architecture can contribute to humanitarian causes, help the poor, and have a real impact on the quality of life. Architecture can be more than a fancy large-scale object commissioned by rich clients. I don't want to be an architect that design glittering sky-scrapers. I want to work in humanitarian relief projects)
