I'm a friendly, open-minded, down-to-earth kind of young woman from Finland. I'm a social girl who also enjoys being alone. I'm into arts and music. In my free time I like to play piano and sing, craft, read, explore the outdoors, meet friends, and go see movies, plays and art exhibitions. I'm currently working as a personal care assistant, but I'll be starting Early Childhood Education studies in the university later this year.

I've visited the Netherlands many times during the past five years, I've also lived in Rotterdam for nine months but moved back to Finland because of my studies. I have A1-certification of Dutch language though I'm getting a bit rusty, I can still understand Dutch pretty well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a really wide music taste but I mostly listen to singer-songwriters, acoustic indie, and 80's hits. Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Tom Odell, Oasis, Aretha Franklin, and Queen are some of my favourites.

I like a bit older movies, for example Breakfast Club and the Shawshank Redemption. I mostly watch drama and musicals such as Call Me By Your Name, Loving Vincent, Blues Brothers, and Grease, but I'm also a big fan of Disney and Harry Potter movies.

I enjoy reading crime and drama books, my favourite must be And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie. I love her stories and her style of writing. John Green, Stephen King, Tove Jansson, H.C. Andersen, and Elsa Beskow are some of the authors I deeply admire.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went bungee jumping in July 2016. It was absolutely amazing and I still can't clearly explain how it felt. At that moment I felt free and alive, it almost felt like I was flying. It was a magical moment and I would definitely do it again.
