One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once i was in a small airport in Türkiye and because I got there late at night, i just wanted to set up my hammock near the airport, sleep and figure out tomorrows travels later.

I walked 1 hour from the airport and I couldn't find 2 trees that would be close enough so I could set up my hammock. After 1 hour I cut my losses and walked 1 hour back to the airport.

The airport security was outside and asked me something, but didn't speak any English. They took me inside the airport to figure things out. The airport was empty, there were only me and maybe 10 employees, they sat in a circle, eating sunflower seeds and drank orange juice, laughing and telling jokes to each other. Then one of them brought me also a class of juice and a handful of sunflower seeds. I will always remember that moment looking at them laughing in the middle of the night in a dark airport.

I have done paragliding, ziplining and bunch of other amazing experiences, but even just thinking about so many moments people had helped me makes me cry. You just can't buy those kind of moments with money.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn new languages. I can teach you some words in Finnish😊 If you come to Finland, we can go ice bathing (winter time), go to sauna "Löylykontti". We can eat salmiakki and if you drink alcohol, maybe some Koskenkorva too😄

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would gladly offer a dinner for a thank you or help around the house. I honestly like doing dishes, so you can leave them to me! If you're interested i can tell you about Finnish culture/ language and tell you tips and help if you're planning on going there.
