I am a lover of nature, good food (emphasis on organic/clean), & connection.

Headed out west in 2015 following a lifetime of residing in the Midwest (IL&MN)

Generally I spend my time playing with herbs/experimental new recipes in attempts to create healthy alternatives to my favorite baked treats. Reading. rebounding. taking long walks... you get the drift. low key is the name of the game.

PHILOSOPHY

There is much beauty couched (hehehe)within the simplicity of life.
Each day I strive to remember the infinite possibilities which await us... while honoring human connection & spirit during the process. Life is all about appreciation & enrichment - also how to utilize these elements for self/human/planetary betterment!
I suppose you could say my philosophy is something along the lines of "be passionate, kind, and give love freely to those you meet".
